Unfortunately, when describing actual protocols, things get very technical. I am also guilty of it in the entry for ISO11784/11785. However, the non technical aspects are reasonably covered in the articles leading to the actual protocol articles.

I think the reference to HID iClass should be removed, as the iClass are not compatible to the standard - iClass cards can not be read with standard RFID readers. 93.206.145.106 ( talk) 08:15, 14 July 2010 (UTC) reply

The technical tag is for articles with a lead paragraph that is too technical for most readers to understand. Getting technical later into the article is allowed. Unless someone objects, I am going to wait seven days and then remove the tag. Guy Macon ( talk) 03:13, 10 March 2011 (UTC) reply
