Problem... What should be done about its effects in the Mid-Atlantic region? It was related to the storm, though it was a renmant combined with another system. Some sites say Juan caused 62 deaths, including the mid-Atlantic flooding, but the NHC doesn't mention it at all (though they don't mention a lot of things some times). So what should we do?
