Actually... Deuce was kicked out of Hollywood Undead(HU). HU decided, they didn't want him soaking in all the fame, so the kicked him out and then started telling everyone that J3T started HU, when it was actually Deuce all along. His song, Story Of A Snitch, is a diss to HU, but actually straight to J3T. Now, there IS 2 sides to this story, but this one is the truth.

Apparently Jeffree Star (look him up...yes its the guy with the pink hair) is working on diseal engines....uhh no that is 100% false Jeffree Star is currently making new songs with Deuce and has no relevancy to masculanity even if you click on the refrence that talks about him working on engines it takes you to CNN and CNN says Jeff Philips was in a HollywoodItalic text band and then if you go back to Hollywood Undead's wiki page and scroll down to associated acts and click on Jeffree Star it takes you the same guy that you had just Googled so NO Jeffree Star is NOT working on engines to run on vegetable oil so please Wikipedia change that to what it says about Jeffree Star on his Wikipedia page......p.s. Jeffree Star left becuase he was getting to old and they did not want to keep up with his bitchness (no offense to JS fans of Jeffree Star himself) said by Johnny 3 Tears in an interview with Bryan Stars
Shady Jeff and Jeffree Star are two completely different people. Shady Jeff was a former member of Hollywood Undead and was in it at the beginning and is straight. Jeffree Star is a fashion designer who sings on his own. He has worked with Hollywood Undead in Turn Off the Lights and he does work with Deuce sometimes. He is also gay. They are two completely different people. Jhardyrules9 00:08, 10 March 2012 (UTC)

Deuce had his own wiki for a while and it got deleted. However some of the info on there was supported. So if Deuce is gonna be redirected here I suggest that we update on deuce as well. Otherwise there is no point in redirecting him if you are just gonna say that he left the band. He's working on his own album and deserves to be noticed and not forgotten. Under "Formation" it says Shady Jeff is working on making cars that run on vegetable oil. That is nowhere near true! The band member named as Matthew "Da Kurlzz" St. Claire in this article's real name is actually Matthew Busek. St. Claire was a stage name. The source is here. The page is in French, but the second paragraph details it. (It translates as something like, "I used St. Claire as an stage name in my previous group, but because of Wikipedia and some other stuff, it spread all over the internet and stuck. Yet it’s been years that I don't use that name anymore. " Scenikeight ( talk) 05:24, 1 March 2015 (UTC)

Hollywood Undead is not a rap rock band. No matter what is your opinion, they have stated that they are not a rap rock band and they don't like to be called as such. On their official Facebook page, and seeing their album entries, they are mainly, rock, metal and hip hop. They got awards for rock, hard rock, pop, modern rock, alternative rock, and electronic genres. All the awards which their songs got were in the rock category. They have never called themselves a rap rock band, never got awards as a rap rock, or even a rap band, so they should not be categorized as such.
In this link, an interview from a magazine can be read. Since it's on paper a photo must have been taken. It was taken by Vik Winchester, the person who supported and helped the band. He posted many previews to songs, insider informations and spoilers. So the magazine is official. the person who reverted my edits first time said that " nor Facebook nor Tumblr is a reliable source". While this is true, first, it is the band's official Facebook page and second, there is no other place where this could be posted. So this reasoning is quite irrelevant and ignorant. To quote a member of the band "You know, I honestly hate the rap rock tag. I consider us a rock band. I really do. I hate being classified as that [rap rock], especially as there are so many negative connotations with it. I never really liked rap rock. I never liked it. It was never my thing."
Other reasons they gave me is that "their database entries and their awards do support". iTunes doesn't refer any of their albums as rap rock and I have listed their awards already.
But even if you say that they are rap rock, they are rock, metal, and hip hop as well. Not just rap metal, nu metal, and alternative rock which they keep reverting back the page. They are sold as rock albums, but I guess it's easier to revert something straight away because you don't like it than keeping informations you can't argue with.
I am sure this will be ignored as everything else on the talk page or my other efforts to bring their page closer to reality but then again it worths a shot.

Their main inluences where: ICP, Korn, Mushroomhead, Esham, Eminem, Slipknot, Linkin Park, and Kottonmouth Kings.

The cite at the bottom says Jeff Philips, and Shady Jeff's real name is Jeffree Star. I even clicked on the link to the video and it's definitely not the same guy. Jeffree Star is a singer and fashion designer, not a mechanic. I don't really know how to fix it, but can someone please change it? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.185.83.31 ( talk) 16:17, 27 March 2012 (UTC)

It is described in the Musical Style and Vocal Roles that all members play a part in vocals AND also an additional instrument as well, but in the Band Members section it is stated that Dylan Alvarez ("Funny Man") only plays the vocals with no additional instruments, so one says one thing while one says the other, what does everybody else think cause I'm confused, should the statement be changed to "except for Funna Man who only does vocals" or does he in fact play an instrument? - SilentDan297 talk 16:26, 25 October 2013 (UTC)
