The concept outlined in the article is clear, however the title/translation is anything but. The dictionary definitions I found for heterogeny are:
How the term heterogeny has relevance to the concept outlined in the article is therefore opaque. Allying either of these definitions with something that could be understood from the phrase "of ends" seems an impossibility.
