Are you shure that "She was born (1915) in Konowka, (then in Poland, now in Ukraine)" and "(9 November 1915 Konovce near Poltawa" is right? Since 1713 Poltawa belonged to Russia and I don't think, that the Polish border was so far in the East in the time afterwards. --

It is said that she died the same day she was having a surgery for aortal aneurysm. Her surgery was in the morning that day. She died in the afternoon. — Preceding
