Another quarry in Ontario is being proposed by a Canadian company principally owned by a Hedge Fund, Baupost Group. The quarry has 1 billion tonnes of limestone and covers 2316 acres and has been valued over $6 Billion dollars and could generate over $40 billion in sales, close to $18 million an acre.
