Do we have to use that picture of her at billboard women in music in March of last year? The quality is so bad.

She is looking grainy as ever and the picture looks like it was taken in the mid 90’s. Thatsoddd ( talk) 17:05, 27 September 2023 (UTC) reply

Yeah the photo is terrible but she's barely presentable anymore so it makes sense to try to use something more recent. EytanMelech ( talk) 21:39, 28 September 2023 (UTC) reply

Better picture

While the existing image serves its informative purpose, it may not entirely align with the evolving persona and artistic direction that Doja Cat has embraced in recent times. I respectfully propose the consideration of a more recent and high-quality image, as the current representation may not fully capture the essence of her current artistic journey. Who is Doja Cat?

Doja Cat earned viral success as an internet meme with her 2018 single "Mooo!", a novelty song in which she makes humorous claims about being a cow. Doja Cat's most successful songs so far: 'Candy' (2018) ... 'MOOO! ... 'Juicy' with Tyga (2019) ... 'Rules' (2019) ... 'Say So' (2020) ... 'Say So' (Remix) with Nicki Minaj (2020) ... 'Streets' (2021) ... 'Kiss Me More' with SZA (2021)

Where did Doja Cat get famous?

Doja Cat rose to prominence in 2018 with her single “Mooo!”, which became a viral success on YouTube. 2601:406:4402:5840:B0E4:246E:C58:2D5 ( talk) 20:27, 15 January 2024 (UTC) reply

Trap

Maybe add "trap" ( Trap music) to the genre parameter of the infobox? Example songs with trap by her are Streets (song), Need to Know (Doja Cat song), Candy (Doja Cat song), and Demons (Doja Cat song). She's also a featured artist in songs with trap, such as Pussy Talk (song) and Dick (song). -- 82.174.179.202 ( talk) 20:40, 11 March 2024 (UTC) reply

Not done for now: please establish a consensus for this alteration before using the {{ Edit semi-protected}} template.
Trap currently isn't mentioned anywhere in the article, so its unclear if this is verified by reliable sources.
The infobox guidelines also suggest this may be unnecessary, as trap is a subgenre of hip hop (already listed) and there are already 4 genres. Jamedeus ( talk) 22:36, 21 April 2024 (UTC) reply

What is 'Claude Frollo deluxe'?

A recent edit by JtheWikiGuy changed the section title "2023–present: Scarlet" to "2023–present: Scarlet and Claude Frollo deluxe". It's not mentioned what Claude Frollo deluxe is in the section and I've never heard of it myself, so I suspect this may be vandalism. Hopefully not. 84.69.3.175 ( talk) 08:56, 4 April 2024 (UTC) reply

Update: It wasn't vandalism after all. Claude (not Claude Frollo) is the name of an upcoming sequel album to Scarlet. I think it's best to not add something to the title of a section that isn't yet mentioned in the article at all. 84.69.3.175 ( talk) 10:53, 4 April 2024 (UTC) reply

Semi-protected edit request on 7 April 2024

I request for the section 2023–present: Scarlet and Claude Frollo deluxe to be renamed to 2023–present: Scarlet and Scarlet 2 Claude.

Reasons:

• The reissue of Scarlet is named Scarlet 2 Claude, not Claude Frollo.

• The current revision has the whole of Scarlet and Claude Frollo deluxe in italics instead of only the album titles in italics.

Question: It looks like the title has since been revised to "2023–present: Scarlet", would you still like to change it? It looks like it was as requested for a moment then was shortened, so any changes now might be controversial and may benefit from discussion ASUKITE 17:58, 17 April 2024 (UTC) reply
