Bethany, Great start! I really like where you're going with this. At this time, I can't think of much more regarding the methods/types of imaging used. But, I may add a few things that you may already have in mind:

  • Lighting in regards to photography
  • More variety in examples
  • Uses regarding

1) Museum use 2) collector use (if there's a difference) 3) how 1 and 2 relate to conservation (which could be added under purose) 4) scholarly/academic uses (which could be added under purpose) - how it can revolutionize how the use of any of the methods can add more depth to the knowledge already in existence.

Bethany,

I really like your choice of topic. I especially like your use of photography methods in order to help in working with Cultural Heritage. I also like that you included CT Scan in there since it is a helpful tool in working with mummies, especially if said mummies are under several layers of wrappings. CT Scan would be very useful in looking at these mummies. I also cannot wait to look at you write about RTI imaging and Multi-Spectral imaging since I am interested to know how these apply to cultural heritage. However, I would change Cultural Heritage since this is a very vague term. Pierre.Guirguis ( talk) 13:44, 1 April 2017 (UTC) reply
