I've seen sources that say Schneider was born in Rochester, NY. The listed source for the birthplace in this article, Marblehead, MA, says nothing about where he was born, just that he's a Marblehead native. A quick Google search turns up nothing conclusive. The NHL, Hockey News, Hockey Hall of Fame, and Fox Sports all have him from Marblehead in their player profiles. There are a couple of articles on line that stat Marblehead, one from the The [ http://www.nj.com/devils/index.ssf/2013/11/devils_cory_schneider_could_play_in_switzerland_before_career_is_over.html Star-Ledger] in New Jersey and one from The Daily Item in Lynn MA. Are you sure your looking at the right Cory Schneider? the first result from a Google search on the name and Rochester turns up a player who is playing for Ohio State University.
