Sources on Marinos Christoforos
Anarchiko lexikon, p 446. A tertiary source by Giannis Fountas, publisher is the collective publishing house "Ekdoseis Sinadelfon". Not very well known.

CAIRN I do not have full access at these two publications, I only saw that Marinos is at least mentioned through the summary from scholar.google search. Scholar.google also led me to this
publication but I am not sure that it is a RS.
So, I think that is Marinos is notable, but the argument that he does not meet
WP:GNG could also be supported by some users.

Cinadon36, do you recall where/how you saw Marinos mentioned in the Brill book? I have a hard copy (no search) in front of me but upon a skim, I don't see him mentioned. czar 22:01, 14 January 2022 (UTC)reply

Czar:, I am also puzzled. I do not remember. Most prob I googled searched his name
[7] and the chapter authored by Antoniadou was one of the results. But does not mention Marinos, as I now notice. My bad, sorry.
