Does anyone have proof that he's half brothers with K-Ci & JoJo? Everywhere I've looked, it simply mentions that he met them while doing the gospel circuit and became friends. Rnbguru ( talk) 18:44, 12 July 2008 (UTC)
Given the discussion currently happening at the Teahouse about this content I thought it best to bring it to the talk page rather than boldly editing. The full quote from the article, in response to the question Is there an artist or producer who you’ve always felt you could make great music with?
, is this:
R. Kelly is somebody I really wanted to work with. He has run into some unfortunate situations as of late, but it doesn’t take away, for me, the greatness that’s there. I have always been impressed by his depth of creativity. When the opportunity was there, I didn’t do it. But he has always been someone I looked up to on the creative side.
@ Jéské Couriano: I don't see how this wording indicates at all that R. Kelly was an influence on Richardson, and as such I don't think it is WP:DUE for inclusion in the article, certainly not in an "Influences" section. Others' opinions are much welcome. WPscatter t/ c 22:17, 25 October 2022 (UTC)
