The
US Department of State released a statement that says "regime officials make false claims that the U.S. engineered the virus – focusing their time and resources attempting to deflect blame instead of taking responsibility and providing for the health, prosperity, and rights of Iranians"
. I cannot see anything about this in the article.

Does anyone have any sources to update File:COVID-19 Outbreak Cases in Iran (Density).svg? It hasn't been updated for... 15 months. I know https://app.mask.ir has a map but it's a bit too detailed, and doesn't say the actual amount as far as I can see. — Berrely • Talk∕ Contribs 18:42, 17 July 2021 (UTC)

Serial Deaths of Young Trainee Physicians in Iran During the COVID-19 Pandemic have been reported. The exact reason for this mortality of physician residents is not yet known, however, it is believed that the long shift hours, difficult jobs, limited facilities, and negligence of authorities are responsible. The
