When describing the syndrome you mention that it is an "antisocial behavior", should this description be a little more specific to criminals see that that is what the syndrome is based around? Using the word sociopath might be a better fit because in it's definition it states, "a person with a personality disorder manifesting itself in extreme antisocial attitudes and behavior and a lack of conscience," which is what you seem to be focusing on more.

I like the signs and symptoms section because it really brings this page together showing that it is a psychological disability.

In the "Treatment" section, you may want to add any ways around this issue, like testing criminals before trial to determine whether they have normal developed brain function. If there is any way to test this or fix this problem that occurs, it is probably worth looking into and mentioning.

Minor edits:

Remove extra phrases like "in other words" or "most importantly", these give a bias, but wikipedia should be neutral.

Find any unnecessary words and try and simplify sentences.

Good references and placement of in-text citations

Great start with very few issues, basically just clean up and publish!
