This article contains too long of a word-count and not enough references. Almost all the citations are from academic profiles, which do not demonstrate general notability. Please add independent, reliable sources covering the subject in-depth, if possible.

Furthermore, after scouring search engines, I found no independent, reliable sources in the English-based media. The subject may not even be widely recognized in the Western world. If this is the case, I highly recommend moving this AfC request to the Russian subdomain of Wikipedia [1], as this article has no value for readers in the English-speaking world, based on the information and citations provided by the creator.
