Over the last week serious accusations against Callaghan have risen to public attention. Several women have come forward, accusing Callaghan of sexual misconduct and assault. Here's a recent video discussing the allegations: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5D1yD-282XE
Callaghan has not yet released a statement, but the accusations seem noteworthy nonetheless.
Maybe this information could be added to the main page in the form of a controversy-section. 2A02:8070:4681:4C00:21D8:A93E:49E:BB1D ( talk) 13:29, 10 January 2023 (UTC)
The A.V. Club is now cited as the source for the sex pest claims, and it's a reliable source as per WP:RSP, but the A.V. Club article itself still cites Rolling Stone, as do all of the other ones I can find on Google News. I'm not sure if this meets Wikipedia's reliability standards. But I'll leave it up because I just don't know. Could someone who is familiar with what to do in this situation please comment? Planetjanet ( talk) 05:57, 11 January 2023 (UTC)
Rolling Stone should not be used for something like this. We shouldn’t be using sources that are basing their reporting on Rolling Stone either. Thriley ( talk) 06:06, 11 January 2023 (UTC)
Should we make a subsection to cover this? Pumpkineatingme ( talk) 20:22, 14 January 2023 (UTC)
There have been more allegations regarding him "stealthing" women (secretly removing the condom during sex). MickRide808 ( talk) 00:20, 19 January 2023 (UTC)
There is a recent Lex Fridman podcast with him (issue 425, April 13); with interesting political views (and his life story, etc.).-- Ralfdetlef ( talk) 05:33, 14 April 2024 (UTC)
