I feel an entire article on "AP Physics" alone is unnecessary, and should be made into a disambiguation page instead, distinguishing AP Physics B and the variants of AP Physics C. - Ahh, I see. I wasn't aware of the difference between disambiguation articles and index articles (I guess that was a disambiguation in itself, ironically, haha). - In addition, AP Physics encompasses four exams, not two. Merging the calculus-based Physics C exams and algebra-based Physics 1 and 2 exams may be problematic.

- All four exams are already described on this page. I think with the appropriate section organization it would work out, but I definitely believe all four exams are centrally connected as they are continuations of mastery of the AP Physics curriculum. I disagree with the merger. This general "AP Physics" page gives a decent overview of the four extant and one extinct exams. The AP Physics 1 page goes more in depth on that exam. Disagree. The page as written summarizes the past and present AP Physics courses as a good introduction to the subject. The AP Physics C test is listed as having split into Mechanics and E&M in 2006. I've been teaching APC continuously since 1996 (excluding 2019), and the exam had been split long before I started. I don't know the date (ironically I came here looking for it) but I suspect it was in 1974, from the very inception of APC, when the original AP Physics test was split into a B and C exam. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gilroy0 ( talk • contribs) 08:39, 23 June 2022 (UTC)
