M1nhm I have corrected a number of the spelling errors, although some may persist, which you can see in the articles history for reference.
In terms of neutrality, one of the main issues, is that the article refers to what happened as an incident, an attack, and an accident without consistency or explanation. If this could be explained or made uniform this would be a big improvement.
