I'm confused. The 1985_World_Health_Organization_AIDS_surveillance_case_definition article says that the 1994 definition only suggests that antibody tests be administered, while this article implies that they're mandatory. Which is correct? Rafaeldwan ( talk) 02:57, 4 August 2008 (UTC) reply
