I'm certain I've played Z66 on my pentium2 machine with a GUS. What's this bug mentioned in the article? - Lidnariq 19:50, 20 September 2006 (UTC)
I'm amazed and flattered that my posting of the introduction scene on Youtube would merit an inclusion on the wiki. Thank you, to whoever saw fit to post the link. --wildweasel486 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.245.101.69 ( talk) 08:01, 10 August 2008 (UTC)
I have, in my possession, an Amiga demodisk containing a promo slideshow for what appears to be an Amiga release for Zone 66. It may be that this game went the way of "Boppin'" and started off as an Amiga game and eventually got ported over to DOS. I have limited information, as Google isn't as helpful as it could be. Does anyone know anything more? 67.142.174.29 ( talk) 00:14, 13 August 2010 (UTC) predcon
Unless I'm mistaken, the game's 386 protected mode function made the game playable only on a PC with an 80386 CPU, due to changes in the 80486 which weren't compatible with the earlier CPU. 66.232.94.33 ( talk) 07:24, 21 October 2010 (UTC)

With the name of this game, it seems a no-brainer that it was at least significantly inspired by Area 88. Obviously I don't have a source on that, but there should be something out there. —/ Mendaliv/ 2¢/ Δ's/ 09:33, 4 June 2014 (UTC)
