Name
The article states:
"Because of having "yellow cab" in its name, many thought of the company as a taxi business. But the name is actually a reference to the way it frequently uses the colors black and yellow, a pattern seen on taxi cars."
Taxis are generally white. I was under the assumption that it called "Yellow Cab", as many dishes on their menu are "New York" style, where they are famous for their ubiquitous yellow taxis. This is not the case? Seems odd...
