Yeung Chow fried rice
Why was a photo added which doesn't specify in its caption that it is "Yeung Chow fried rice"?

Was it supposed to be a different kind of fried rice on this page? —

So per Reddit
(I know),
this book of Yi's poetry (!) supposedly includes an early YFR recipe. Search doesn't agree but maybe Archive.org didn't bother to make the Chinese text accessible.
This post, however, thoroughly debunks that idea and absolutely every connection to Yi whatsoever, which apparently didn't exist until unsourced or (as above) missourced articles in the 1970s. —
