Cool project

I've got to say that the Winogradsky column would have to be one of the coolest and simplest microbiology project around. You don't need an incubator, and aseptic technique isn't exactly important too much when mucking about in dirt.-- ZayZayEM 01:24, 7 February 2007 (UTC) reply
