There'a solid non-stub article here. Once it's released, I'm sure there will be more information about its reception, and the article can be expanded. Maybe even achieve good article status one day. Randomran ( talk) 21:02, 23 April 2009 (UTC)
Should include a section of all the games that support this tech —Preceding unsigned comment added by 190.161.189.107 ( talk) 23:53, 7 June 2009 (UTC)
Shouldn't we have the logo on this page, above the picture? ( 24.107.104.178 ( talk) 03:12, 13 June 2009 (UTC))
"with a high dynamic range, high mechanical shock tolerance, high temperature and humidity resistance, and small physical size." High compared to what? Both sources cited don't look independent to me. -- Contributions/217.232.243.242 ( talk) 13:19, 15 June 2009 (UTC)
All those things you quoted seem fine to me. Look each word up in the dictionary if you are confused of their meanings. Just because you can't understand it, doesn't mean it is babble. And high means here "high enough", presumably high enough to produce useful readings and survive shock and temperature ranges expected of a consumer level product. 219.90.179.144 ( talk)
Is the MotionPlus backwards compatibility with existing games (i.e. will they automatically get more accurate controls)? Will it be supported in all games going forward or only on select titles? 207.58.192.150 ( talk) 16:11, 16 June 2009 (UTC)
But it seems to actually work on the original Wii Sports so you can hook more in Bowling. Frankyboy5 ( talk) 19:49, 3 September 2009 (UTC)
The picture on the box i saw at a store looked like it showed the device not connected to the Wii-mote, yet still in the sleeve. Please tell me that the thing isn't permanently attached to that damn thing, cuz i hate those dumb sleeves. If i have to, i'll rip it off. The Great Morgil ( talk) 02:24, 15 July 2009 (UTC)
The page currently states:
The device incorporates a dual-axis "tuning fork" angular rate sensor, which can determine rotational motion.
At least one of the refeneces appears to back this up, but does it only have one? This interview with some Nintendo engineers says:
combine the Wii Remote’s accelerometer with a gyro sensor, it can detect movement along 6 different axes.
6 different axis implies 3 gyros to go with the 3 accelerometers. The reverse enginnering going on here also indicates 3 gyros. Given all that, I wonder if the MotionPlus really uses a single InvenSense IDG-600 dual-axis gyro - surely it must either have two of them, or it uses something else entirely. 192.171.3.126 ( talk) 11:35, 21 September 2009 (UTC)
It was recently confirmed that Miyamoto is putting MP into the next Zelda game, is it worth including it yet? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.232.157.117 ( talk) 21:34, 5 November 2009 (UTC)

The list of supported games is incomplete, using Amazon website is possible to see some games that are not on the list, for example NHL 2K11. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 187.86.208.10 ( talk) 16:28, 5 August 2010 (UTC)
Due to the release of the Wii Remote Plus, there is a very very small chance that Skyward Sword will be bundled with the Wii Motion Plus. Should we remove the question? Alshain01 ( talk) 18:23, 8 December 2010 (UTC)
I believe this list of supported games is irrelevant and not notable. This should be removed -- Ryan Vesey ( talk) 23:39, 8 March 2011 (UTC)
I would like for the list to make its way back... it's very useful! For example, Star Wars Unleashed 2 was released but didn't support Motion Plus :( The Wii Balance Board has a similar list that is still going strong. -- Chicknfood ( talk) 05:03, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
