Trademark

Have they ever had a trademark conflict with Burger King?

Since, as stated in the article, they were named Whoppers in 1949 I'm guessing they pre-date Burger King's usage of the term. Perhaps, since the name describes two distinct items (one a candy, one a sandwich), there was no conflict perceived by either manufacturer. THX1136 ( talk) 21:10, 11 December 2023 (UTC) reply
