I really had my doubts as to whether this could be considered a "neighborhood" because right now it's essentially two shopping complexes linked together by a bridge. Essentially these 'neighborhoods' are named and defined by their developers, so at what point do we call these neighborhoods. However, I see that residential is on its way (Bus. Chronicle article) and some sources of record (AJC, Toronto Globe and Mail) are using the term as a "neighborhood" so guess one could include it in the list.
