Is Walbury Hill really on Salisbury Plain?. I would have said it was too far north and east for that. Can we cite a source for this?. -- Chris j wood 10:38, 16 November 2005 (UTC)
Walbury Hill may be the highest hill in South East England, but not the highest point. Leith Hill in Surrey is which is 294m (968ft) has a tower (built circa 1766) on it which is 20m (65ft) high, making it the highest point in South East England. On a clear day you can see the English Channel from the top.
