Image:Nowb38.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

STOP EDITING THE STATION CALL SIGN TO "NOLA-TV"!!!
Television callsigns in the US start with "K" or "W". This TV station's callsign is "WNOL-TV" (or "WNOL-DT" for the digital version).
"NOLA-TV" is not a callsign. In fact, it's not ANYTHING. The station's *branding* is "NOLA 38" as stated in the article. Fish Man ( talk) 03:29, 29 October 2008 (UTC)
What coordinate system is being used tWhat coordinate system is being used to designated transmitter location NAD 27 or NAD 83? Per FCC file No. BPCDT-20080205AAL. Station was granted STA to broadcast from the Hearst Tower (WDSU-tv) at an ERP of 775Kw (MAX-DA) on Digital channel 15 with an antenna height of 286M. Station antenna should be the same as for WDSU-DT and WGNO-DT all broadcasting from a shared tower and master antenna. 72.204.152.47 ( talk)J. R. Bentley
Someone is changing the phrasing of virtual channel references from "Through the use of PSIP" to "However". This reduces the quality of the article as it suggests that it is unknown how a virtual channel is established. The editor should identify him/herself and explain the merits of this change. In the interim, I will revert all NOLA TV pages back. Sore bluto ( talk) 20:29, 23 December 2010 (UTC)

Overall:
I like that first hook. It's cited. It's a key point in the news article. The Wikipedia article gives context. Second one is okay, but more specific.
