There's quite a lot to be done to this page: additions, tidying up the English etc. I'm willing to make a start on that in the next few days, will do so unless this page gets filled with people screaming 'no, no, don't do that'. The Old Trout ( talk) 17:20, 1 August 2011 (UTC)
The article does not differentiate between the building and the establishment which was in it at a point in time. The National Library is now located at Zmaja od Bosne Street 8b. The building is named Vijećnica. Please rename it to Vijećnica. This error is causing major trouble on Google Maps; users are constantly trying to reopen it, even though the library is now at a new location.
The article needs to be renamed. The first sentence needs to get corrected. The Infobox as well.
Please help to fix this. Konspiratori ( talk) 21:33, 6 September 2015 (UTC)
Can you rename the article to Vijećnica? It seems I cannot. I would correct from that point on. Everymorning Thank you Konspiratori ( talk) 21:50, 6 September 2015 (UTC)
The result of the move request was: moved. The nominator makes a good argument that the proposed title most accurately reflects the scope of the article. Note that the old history at the target title was moved to Vijecnica in order to preserve it for attribution purposes. Jenks24 ( talk) 17:42, 28 September 2015 (UTC)
National and University Library of Bosnia and Herzegovina →
Vijećnica – The article is talking about the Building called Vijećnica; The National Library was just one of the establishments that were housed within Vijećnica; The national Library is for 20 years at a new location –

The City Hall is not housed in the building anymore. The National Library is not housed in the building anymore. The building is now a national monument/building: http://kons.gov.ba/main.php?id_struct=6&lang=1&action=view&id=2860 "Istorijska građevina – Gradska vijećnica u Sarajevu proglašava se nacionalnim spomenikom Bosne i Hercegovine". People pay a fee to see the interior. Vijećnica is the most common and recognized name for this building. Gradska vijećnica is more formal. But Gradska vijećnica in Sarajevo is a descriptive name. Just please remove the totally wrong name of this article.@ AjaxSmack Sewerload ( talk) 18:47, 14 September 2015 (UTC)
Some reworking is necessary - the lead in suggests the building was closed between the late 19th century and 2014, and the end section of the text is in the future tense. Jackiespeel ( talk) 12:56, 7 April 2016 (UTC)
