"The rear licence plate is state supplied, while the front plate is owner supplied." Is this still the case after the new plates where introduced in 2010?
Does the plate still follow the owner ?

Licences issued by the king?
I am pretty sure that there are special Belgian plates for people whose driving licence was given to them by the King back in the 1970s. Is that not worthy of mention? --
