I've never heard of this, and among the other religions listed, it seems very obscure (not notable.) I tried using tags for about 20 minutes but I'm bad at wikipedia, so I'm just leaving this note here. 'Creativity' movement may also be not notable, but I've heard of that. Sorry guys, I'm usually just a copy editor and I'm not experienced with adding tags to articles. Mercster ( talk) 18:35, 27 October 2021 (UTC)
How will we address nontraditionalist topics in 'cultish' (or) new religions? Even Scientology had a vegetarian and vegan phalanx (it was a minority). Back-to-the-land 'movements' had their historic 'themes' in traditional faith traditions, but they were not accountable to their primary normativities. Don't the Abrahamic religions ( Judaism, Christianity, and Islam), PLUS the Bahá'í Faith [1] [2] envision vegetarianism as desirable and as an eventual global practice among all humanity (in the best possible world yet to come). [3] [4] Should there not be a scholarly handling of this topic in general, since it IS a 'topic in ecumenism'?

Rasnaboy, which discussion were you referring to in
this edit? Even though
WP:RAJ is for much later sources, all the concerns so eloquently expressed there are applicable to Faxian as well.

I went to add all the vegetarian religions that are missing from the Religious restrictions on the consumption of pork page and I was basically starting to replicate this page over there. That page should be folded into this page. "Pigs" can be a sub-category in the relevant religious sections.
I am not a wiki user so if there is a special wiki process that needs to happen, can you, dear reader, please start that? Thanks! 73.170.203.143 ( talk) 18:01, 2 January 2023 (UTC)
