Listen, "Uptalk" and "high rising terminal" are the same thing. There's no need for two separate articles. One should redirect to the other. I don't care which is the redirect and which is the article. But right now the actual article is at High rising terminal, and there's nothing but a stub here. Why do you keep reverting the redirect?
