Should we start adding character voice lines in the mechanics section, a dedicated section, or a dedicated article? I have already started watching Ultimate Custom Night playthroughs and have heard a bulk of character voice lines, although some are garbled. The Squid Writes ( talk) 17:53, 28 June 2018 (UTC)
Should this article maybe be merged with Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator? UCN was developed as part of that game. Nightmarefoxxy ( talk) 20:02, 3 February 2019 (UTC)
Ultimate Custom Night should be considered as the seventh main series game. Since Security Breach is called FNaF 9 in the files, then that leaves either Ultimate Custom Night as FNaF 7 (with Help Wanted being FNaF 8) or Special Delivery as FNaF 8 (with Help Wanted being FNaF 7). It doesn't seem plausible that Special Delivery is FNaF 8 as it a mobile exclusive live service game that while it did start off with canonical lore drops via the emails about Vanessa, they were eventually scrapped for unknown reasons. Also the game hasn't received any new content since December last year with no signs of more content being added (besides the recycled events) and the developer, Illumix, has been radio silent about the game since late January. Ultimate Custom Night while first envisioned as an add-on to Pizzeria Simulator, it was released as a stand-alone game and has a higher chance at it being a main series game over Special Delivery. While Ultimate Custom Night's connection to the main series is flimsy, the story "The Man in Room 1280" from fifth Fazbear Frights book (which is meant to fill in the gaps for the main game series) seems to imply that the events of the game take place in William Afton's nightmare, where he is being tormented and kept from going to hell by Golden Freddy, which leads Afton to escape and become Glitchtrap in Help Wanted. Also Ultimate Custom Night was ported to consoles and mobile by Clickteam along with the first six main series games, whereas other spin-offs like FNaF World weren't.
