Maybe. I think
WP:NFCC #1 is satisfiable, inasmuch as the station building was demolished in 1950. Free images might exist, but creating a new one isn't possible. That said, the station building is also depicted in
this picture of Westerbroek, and that image might be free, depending on when it was first published. The lack of information about the images on that site is frustrating.

It might be worth contacting the webmaster of that site to see if they can give you any more information about the photographs, even where they sourced them from could help to identify the copyright status. I'll also ping
WP:MCQ about this.

Thank you for your replies. I agree that criterion #1 seems satisfied. More information about the photo would indeed be helpful, but I find it doubtful that the Stationsweb site could provide additional details. I would like to go ahead and add the photo to the article, but I will first post the question on
