Given that the article is still having a high editing load at the moment (I count around 16 edits within the last day) it appears that the article is currently too unstable to be approved for DYK. It has been a week since the marking for closure and yet the situation has not changed. As such I am regretfully closing the nomination. There is no prejudice against re-nomination if the article is brought to GA status.

Thriley New enough, long enough
Please shorten the "Alleged unequal treatment at the borders" section to summary style.
Also given the discussion at Talk:Ukrainian_refugee_crisis#Pictures_of_refugees,_especially_minors do you want a picture or not? If so which pic?
Optional - translate titles of non-English cites (trans-title param).
Happy with your hook but have proposed a shorter alternative if you prefer. Chidgk1 ( talk) 14:17, 8 March 2022 (UTC)
All OK. Note to co-ordinators - as this is topical it would be great if you could put it in as soon as possible.

2022鈥損resent Ukrainian refugee crisis 鈫 Ukrainian refugee crisis (2022鈥損resent) 鈥 I think this looks better. Plus it was supported in this RM. 90.255.6.219 ( talk) 08:46, 27 June 2023 (UTC)
This doesn't seem to be controversial, so I've done the move now Pincrete ( talk) 05:01, 29 June 2023 (UTC)
"As of 18 October 2022, according to UNHCR data, the countries receiving the largest numbers of Ukrainians were Russia (2.77 million), Poland (1.5 million), Germany (1 million) and the Czech Republic (0.5 million)"
This sentence is conflating border crossings for Russia with refugees for the other nations. It is also outdated information and redundant with data in the side table which is neither outdated nor misleading. Fredepd ( talk) 23:18, 18 July 2023 (UTC)

Ukrainian refugee crisis (2022鈥損resent) 鈫 Ukrainian refugee crisis 鈥 In line with " Russian invasion of Ukraine" and WP:CONCISE; year seems more like a redundant attachment to me, there is no other refugee crisis that it could potentially be confused with. 鈥 Tobias ( talk) 16:24, 26 May 2024 (UTC)
