I have removed the part about Ugo's injury sustained during the "derby" game against Sunderland as it is outdadted. Besides it's debatable whether or not Middlesbrough V. Sunderland is a derby match. They are not in the same city or even county. True, they are local but then so are Liverpool and Manchester but that isn't classes as a derby - more a rivalry. Sunderland have Newcastle, Middlesbrough can have...Stockton or Darlington. Middlesbrough are as close to Leeds as they are Sunderland! (well...almost). The old North Riding of Yorkshire and all that
"We always looked forward to playing Aston Villa to hear him mangle Ugo Ehiogu's name. "Make sure you pick up Ehugu, Ehogy, whatever his name is." Gary Neville -- 203.219.93.37 ( talk) 13:10, 1 January 2012 (UTC)
I've nominated this article for inclusion in the "In the news..." section of the front page - see Wikipedia:In the news/Candidates#April 21. I would appreciate help with making sure that the article is well sourced. Pinging Ghmyrtle, Arwel Parry, Jmorrison230582, Mattythewhite, Govvy, Cs-wolves, Mountaincirque... We just need to be careful because quite a lot of the newspaper obituaries look like they've used the Wikipedia article for information, so older sources would be preferred to prevent circular referencing. Did he only play in friendlies? Govvy ( talk) 19:54, 21 April 2017 (UTC)
In the Infobox it says he didn't make any appearances but later on in the article it says he made an appearance in the FA Cup preliminary round for Wembley. So that means he made at least 1 appearance for Wembley. Does anyone have any more information about his appearances for Wembley? Mobile mundo ( talk) 16:02, 24 April 2017 (UTC)
