I have no idea why this article is currently stating two different birth years, but it is something that needs to be properly sourced and addressed. Thank you. -- WikHead ( talk) 00:37, 1 August 2012 (UTC)
Were did you found the information about his birth year? Because I found out, that he was born 1989. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.57.127.26 ( talk) 23:54, 26 February 2013 (UTC)
Tyler Ward is known to work with many singers across YouTube as well as his created crew of his band he met in 2007 and his friends Alex G, Eppic and so on... He has also produced all of his music and songs for those like Katy McAllister. Like all bands, the members should show or at least the information about them like their names because the information you revise too deletes not only the band segment but also the page loses a lot of important information... Stop deleting it, if you wish to lose the band segment on the right, at least add to the associated acts and add that he is in a band and whom he works with, although i doubt those who are screwing around with this page wouldn’t even know who Tyler Ward is anyway, or else you would leave it alone. We can all agree we are not going to create a page just for his band which would have literally the same exact information on it excluding Tyler’s background

Page will stay incorrect and vandalized i guess then... Can i request deletion? Because there’s no point having a vastly incorrect and empty Wikipedia page about Tyler and his apparent non-existent band.
Not my fault.

Looks like the page is going to stay in its vandilized state now, amusing that the "mod" deleted everything and then claimed it lacked a lot... Obviously. For all those on facebook who have been requesting me to help with the issue and gave me information and the sources, im sorry i wont be able to put them up . — Preceding unsigned comment added by Joetri10 ( talk • contribs) 00:18, 5 August 2012 (UTC)
MikeWazowski, could you please explain why you reverted this edit? Specially since you did not explain in the edit summary. Also, you messed up the multiple issues template. Either way, please explain your actions next time. :-) -- Cheers, Riley Huntley talk No talkback needed; I'll temporarily watch here. 07:25, 5 August 2012 (UTC)
Don’t hold your breath, he's determined to get the page deleted by all means necessary since he found it. Joetri10 ( talk) 13:16, 5 August 2012 (UTC)
You reverted to a revision that had basic information missing in which i actually pointed out to you in your talk page, that which you deleted without reading it im presuming, all while deleting segments of the page until there was nothing left and then went to put down warnings on the page because of the lack of information and then later breaking the templates as noted above. If you were so upset about what was posted, you could of asked for the references. These are not personal attacks. Joetri10 ( talk) 17:05, 5 August 2012 (UTC)
Im sorry, i mean no offence but in regards to that Ellen link, are you blind or just that incapable of understanding very basic websites. It clearly has a video (with a screenshot of him!) where if you click it, you will see Ward, infact he's in the very frame so does it matter at all what the title says. If you don't like the guy, just say because your arrogance is building...

So with the page not being deleted now yet still being lackluster, I’d like to know what we can in fact add to this now...
Ofcourse there will be his upcoming album information in some months to come that may prove to be very notable for Tyler but what about his work touring work, his band information (including who he has worked with from YouTube, some whom have their own Wikipedia page too and the snippet we have about his Football life..
There is also his basic information that is still missing like his age, years active, full name etc..
I can provide the references but i need to know what we can add before i just add information for it later to be taken down for things i still don’t really understand... Thanks
Joetri10 ( talk) 00:35, 14 August 2012 (UTC)
Why is Tyler Ward even considered notable? So what, he does covers on youtube, what the hell is so special about that? None of these so-called youtube celebs will ever make it big the way Justin Bieber had done, and even now people are quickly starting not to care about Bieber because of his antics. Anyone can put up a cover on youtube. Hell, I can put up a cover on youtube right now, doesn't mean that makes me worthy of an article. So what, he went on a talk show, when was the last time that happened, like, 4, 5, 6 years ago? What's so special about that? He independently puts out an album and some EPS of covers on iTunes to try to profit off of other artists, and has his own studio. Ok that's great, nobody cares. His fans are on the internet, who cares. With all those millions of views on youtube on his shitty covers of already popular hits of the moment, some of which are nothing special even when sung by the original artist, what makes him notable or worthy of a page on Wikipedia? And why haven't those millions upon millions of youtube views from his so-called fans ensure him to be signed by a major label like RCA Records or Columbia Records? And why hasn't he appeared on any major chart. Ok, he appeared on some minor charts... in Germany? Ok that's great, it's nice he accomplished something, but still, nobody cares, and it's certainly nothing to brag about. Perhaps it's safe to list him as one such example in the article, "Nobody Cares About Your Garage Band" — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.196.120.234 ( talk) 03:35, 14 January 2014 (UTC)
First of all, why does Tyler Ward, or any other "youtube artists" for that matter (and I use the term artist loosely), even have a Wikipedia article? As others have stated many times before around here, he is not a star, has not appeared on any charts, at least not in America, and if he's supposedly known worldwide and goes on tours all the time, wouldn't you think by now he would've had a record deal? Second of all, he's what, 26 or 27, something like that, and he's covering teeniboper songs from shitty flash-in-the-pan artists who are younger than him by at least a decade? That speaks volumes about his ambitions to start a serious music career, it's really quite sad that he doesn't feel any ounce of shame that at 27 years old, he's not managed to find success with his music because he couldn't be bothered to learn how to get some originality. BTW, you can't really argue that he's doing things independently, because his original music, if he even has any, is on iTunes and as popular around the world as he supposedly is, he fails to reach the iTunes top 100. He isn't even on the indie albums charts, something only a real independent artist who was serious about a music career and being original could achieve. Neither of his songs are on American Radio, and for crying out loud, who the hell does he think he is trying to sell covers of songs by other artists on iTunes and make money off of it? Is he going to be a cover artist all his life, or is he actually going to quit fucking around and actually get serious with his music career? I know if it was me, I'd hate to have the tag "youtube artist" attached to me forever. So much for him having ambitions of starting a music career. There are people who work their asses off for many years who aren't as fortunate as him, who go out to bars and clubs and perform for people who a majority of them couldn't even give two shits that someone is singing, and this kid thinks that all of a sudden because he puts out covers of songs that other artists have done on youtube, that he thinks he's a star? People like him can be found anywhere you go. Average voice, average looks, nothing special about him, so why is Wikipedia even wasting server space on a youtube covers artist? If they ever become real huge famous stars, I could justify an article being written about them. But let's be real, he will never be as huge as Justin Bieber once was, nor will he ever be as huge as even Cody Simpson or even Austin Mahone, and that's saying a lot because neither of the others that came after Bieber are huge stars themselves. How the hell does he expect to be taken seriously as an artist if every single song he puts out is a cover of a song that's already been done before? I've followed his Youtube channel closely for about at least a year but quickly got sick of it. I'm not sure when, but he uploaded a video where he was showing everyone his home studio where he supposedly makes his music. For crying in the bucket, the guy has his own home studio and he uses all his money and resources on cover songs? Give me a break. It's no wonder why his page keeps getting vandalized, talk about a Captain Obvious moment. Like I mentioned before, he's not a star, he is not notable in any way, and he shouldn't be. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 172.56.9.24 ( talk • contribs) 15:08

I see that the birth year has been disputed for some time. I don't understand how the twitter ref could be considered reliable. Ethnicelebs.com is not reliable.
