This section is just an unsourced miscellaneous list of items which are not even standardised - servers can change these things as much as they want. I put a short summary of some usual items available to traitors and detectives in the Gameplay section, and I think that should be enough (that needs a source too, really). If nobody objects soon, I'm just going to delete the Equipment section entirely. It kinda makes the article a mess. Microphonics talk 00:59, 23 July 2013 (UTC)
Is it really required to say that Bad King Urgrain is an alias? I would've thought it was pretty obvious that it isn't a real name. Best shit 2012 12:50, 23 July 2013 (UTC)
The last half (everything after the first two paragraphs) of the Gameplay section is in unnecessary detail. None of it is sourced, and I doubt it's possible to find reliable sources for stuff like this. Thoughts? -- Pingumeister( talk) 21:17, 1 March 2015 (UTC)
Hey there, I think a lot of links in this article are totally irrelevant to the gamemode and the article itself. Linking to pages like "Traitor" "Innocent" or "Defusal Kit" is really pointless. Please reconsider it. 84.10.187.82 ( talk) 13:29, 18 April 2015 (UTC)
There seems to be a difference of opinions here regarding whether this page should redirect to Garry's Mod or not because "the present versions fails numerous guidelines and has no place in mainspace." I've played this game since it came out and trust me, the sources I put are the most reliable for the subject at hand. Bad King is the creator of the game so his website IS a reliable source. Similarly, the TTT Wikia page is reliable when addressing what the community tends to think or agree upon because it is a community based forum. FOr the things we are writing, these are valid sources since they illustrate the points being made. Finally, the argument that the game is "not notable," is absurd and anybody who actually plays this game will recognize it as such, especially since there are now versions of TTT in Roblox and CSGO. I'm going to continue to improve this page and if this is going to be a persistent problem, I will have to insist on getting a moderator here, because it is only one or two people who actually want this redirect. Then what other sources would you like? Because most of the information can literally be found in the code of the game. Aside from that, there are no other articles or the like. The redirect is wrong because TTT exists outside of gmod so in reality, this is creating more problems than it’s solving. You can’t possibly claim that a game mode with 1,000+ users daily is “not notable,” because this is a reductio ad absurdum argument. There was plenty of improvement on each revision, and if you want a better source, then mark “better source needed” like every other article.
I shouldn’t have to create a draft of an article that has been up for 8 years and counting. Other people have reverted this redirect beginning in November, and you keep changing it back. I recommend getting a third party in to figure out how to proceed because nothing can be improved like this Wvasiladiotis ( talk) 00:55, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
