Who has suggested that this article needs to get moved to "Non-medical use of dextromethorphan"? TripleC refers to Coricidin Cough & Cold, and that is a preparation containing dextromethorphan, not an aspect of recreational DXM use. "TripleC" doesn't need more info, IMHO this article is not necessary; it should redirect to "Coricidin Cough & Cold" and essential warnings should be included in the "Non-medical use of dextromethorphan" article. - 3 days straight? Thats nothing I did it once for 5 days straight and took my Biology Exam High on Triple C's. Beside that it's very bad for your brain and liver, especially if your taking other kinds of medication. From my experience if you take it with antidepressants your going to have some serious problems. Your also not desperate if you decide to take them. They produce a different high that some people will find better suited to their current situation. For me I couldn't drink liquor or smoke weed because of my parents, so I decided to use triple C's as a substitute. I've taken them 10 or 11 times and from what I learned your body will react towards the other chemicals found in Triple C's differently from person to person. My first 7 times my body didn't reject it at all and it all went smoothly. For the last few times I've vomited the pills up. From what I've heard from other people who used them is that when mixed with another pill which I can't remember the name (I believe it starts with a D and is a motion sickness pill) it was cause hallucinations but will stop your from throwing up. Also sorry if your friend dies but theres nothing you can do legally to the makers of the pills because the box says USE AS DIRECTED.
