I have removed this paragraph from the "Opinion of the Court" section:
The final analysis of the case, as reported by the Factum of the Intervener, the B.C. Civil Liberties Association, was that "In the circumstances of this case the Council of the B.C. College of Teachers failed to conduct such an inquiry and erroneously concluded that equality of rights on the basis of sexual orientation trump freedom of religion and association. They do not."
As best as I can tell (correct me if I missed it), this language does not appear anywhere in the decision of the Court. A position in the factum of an intervenor ≠ the opinion of the Court. Even where the Court came to a decision that the BCCLA urged it to make, that doesn't necessarily mean that the Court adopted all of the association's positions and/or arguments. The "Opinion of the Court" section of the article should stick to the actual text of the SCC decision, and not draw inferences from the submissions made to the Court.
