Merge

Ok, I found a bit more on this merge. Nothing definitive yet, just a lot that hints these are the same cuts. Both articles refer to them as Picanha and Rump in the Uk seems to be what is referred to as the Sirloin area in the US. See Beef#Cuts_of_beef and the two different pictures.
