As of the late 1990s (but at least not for the last few years), the package (the 16-teabag one, at least) featured a 3-tone
posterized portrait of Lipton, in a nautical
billed cap (with a medallion) and brandishing a teacup, perhaps a flattering rendition of the appearance he made as of
the 1909 photo. (Particularly, the mustache is much narrower and more horizontal on the box.) It is accompanied by a small "Thomas JLipton" [sic] signature, in black.
Perhaps worth mention, if a little more detail can be found.
