Who was Tommy Agro's parents and where did they come from?

Vinnie in Goodfellas was based on Vincenzo 'Vinnie' Aloi not Thomas Agro. In his book 'Wiseguy', Henry Hill states that Aloi was incarcerated in Lewisburg with him and that he cooked sauces for the pasta dishes they would have but used too many onions.
