Laurentian origin?

Any more specific data on that matter? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.118.191.48 ( talk) 22:14, 16 October 2008 (UTC) reply

"prolonged anterior tube-like handle"?

The above phrase appearing in an article about a type of extinct fish looks like vandalism to me. If anyone knows why it should remain in this article, make a mention of it here (or edit it yourself, for clarity or expungement, so I won't have to remove it).-- Quisqualis ( talk) 00:48, 1 February 2017 (UTC) reply

From what I can tell from the history, the tube-like handle phrase is some sort of transcribing error, though, I have been unable to translate what the original editor wanted to convey. I opted to replace it with a phrase about lobes forming a hypocercal-heterocercal tail, instead.-- Mr Fink ( talk) 01:27, 1 February 2017 (UTC) reply
