Merge back to Criticsm of the BBC

This article is merely a POV fork on the same section of Criticisms of the BBC (see Criticism of the BBC#The_Secret_Agent_Documentary), it contains less material and adds little new. I think it should be merged Pit-yacker ( talk) 23:54, 19 November 2008 (UTC) reply
