My knowledge of Wikipedia processes/standards is rather out of date, but this entire entry reads rather like an advert, which feels inappropriate.

Objectivity
I doubt this article is very objective. It does indeed sound like an advert.
Sentences like 'TPP remain committed to employing the best graduates from across the UK', ' an impressive 100% system availability', ' The social aspect of working at TPP, in particular their employment perks such as the free Friday bar tab, allows this atmosphere of integration to be achieved.'
Agreed. I am fairly sure this has been written as part of a PR strategy. Even the founders and founding date have lots of conflicting evidence.
· Dec 1998:
https://web.archive.org/web/19981207073008/http://www.thephoenix.co.uk:80/ a website captured with the title tag of "The Phoenix Partnership" (though none of the content from the time appears to have survived in the wayback machine). This URL later contains the company's actual website.
The best I can think of doing is using the news articles as sources and reporting the founding dates as "between 1997 and 1999". Companies house is demonstrably false, as there was a website for the company before that point.
