The article says their second single "only charted in Scotland". Is there a Scottish chart?! Sah10406 ( talk) 00:04, 16 January 2016 (UTC)
The page says that the Krankies were played as father and son - I always thought they were meant to be brothers. Can anyone confirm this either way? -- (Anon)
I believe they also used to do a sort of ventriloquist act, with Jimmy (Janette) as the "dummy".
They also had a record called "Where's Me Mam?", with Janette as Jimmy and Ian as the mam.
When they appeared on Crackerjack and other later shows, Jimmy called Ian just Ian, not dad or anything like that.

The idea surely came from Jimmy Clitheroe - who however was a male dwarf.
