Anyone know if there are any plans for a season 2? And how well season 1 did? I love this show!
"overeducated" - What does this even mean? "academic liberals" - Where have I heard that phrase before? "activist who someday dreams of becoming an activist" - Again, what does this even mean? "who is also vegan. He craves meat" - He is a vegan but craves meat? Sure, makes as much sense and any of the rest of it.

The dog is fed vegan dog food but the running joke is that he hunts and eats all the neighborhood pets/animals. -- 173.57.64.72 ( talk) 18:32, 1 June 2009 (UTC)
Is this ABC's first primetime animated comedy?

Not Even close (By almost 50 years). The Flintstones aired in primetime on ABC back in 1960. Try [prime time cartoon] 70.112.72.192 ( talk) 02:18, 17 May 2009 (UTC)
Also remember The Critic with Jon Lovitz. "IT STINKS!"
I'm not sure it's a good idea to put the Nielsen ratings in the article; Nielsen is pretty strict about their copyright protections on those.
To quote, "Ratings and other data contained herein are the copyrighted property of Nielsen Media Research, Inc. Unauthorized use of this copyrighted material is expressly prohibited. Violators may be subject to criminal and civil penalties under Federal Law (17 USC 101 et seq.)." DBHughes ( talk) 05:12, 10 June 2009 (UTC)
There isn't even a source to verify if the ratings are accurate. The wiki article says the the debut had 1.6 million viewers, but tv blogs citing Nielsen numbers claim 3.93 million viewers. The wiki says the most recent episode "Helen's Back" received .3 million viewers, but tv blogs have the number at 1.82 million viewers. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.14.106.204 ( talk) 17:23, 18 June 2009 (UTC)
Ok I sussed out the ratings discrepancy. The columns were labelled in the wrong order. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.14.106.204 ( talk) 17:29, 18 June 2009 (UTC)

The only episode where Helen has been considered about flag-pins was the pilot. Should that part be changed? She seems to be more of an example of someone less stable than most of the people on the show while retaining a positive motive for her reasonings. Flag-pins were only an issue in the pilot. -- Korey Kaczynski ( talk) 06:33, 16 July 2009 (UTC)
Hmmm. Wonder if there's any other TV series about an eco-family called Good(e) with a snooty neighbour called Margo. Jgharston ( talk) 22:17, 6 March 2013 (UTC)
