People will know this movie as "Drums" and cannot get to the article by searching by its proper title. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.182.137.90 ( talk) 02:05, 9 December 2008 (UTC) reply

Removal of regiment identification

This is valid information. Why has it been removed? "The Scottish regiment featured in this film is a battalion of the Gordon Highlanders, as evident from the the cap badge, kilt and headdress." Betaben ( talk) 00:10, 17 December 2008 (UTC) reply

sorry, my bad. Betaben ( talk) 00:12, 17 December 2008 (UTC) reply

I have deleted the link to the illicit hosting of this British film on Internet Archive. Co-writer Patrick Kirwan did not die until 1984, so UK copyright subsists until the end of 2054. As a non-US film still under copyright in its country of origin on 1 January 1996, it is protected in the US for 95 years after publication, so to the end of 2033.
