Color for TTU

Why is black (secondary color), instead of red (main color), being used for Texas Tech? → Wordbuilder ( talk) 18:03, 25 November 2017 (UTC) reply

@ Wordbuilder: WP:CONTRAST is the reason. Scarlet   and burnt orange   are too close together so it may be hard for some (i.e. color blind people) to read. Corky  Buzz by the Hornet's Nest 18:29, 25 November 2017 (UTC) reply
