From what I just learned from reading the discussion section to the wiki entry on William Shatner there is an ongoing lawsuit between Shatner and Colbert over the use of the word "tek". If anyone has any info on this scandel it would be helpful, otherwise I might footnote the Shatner discussion entry as a credible source for this article.
